The Shell
Your pool arrives on a flatbed — a single piece, factory-built, gel-coat finished. Nothing about it is improvised on site.

In the Ground
The shell is lowered into the prepped cavity, leveled, and plumbed. By the end of this step the pool is technically a pool — just empty.
- 03
First Fill
Water goes in as the shell is backfilled — the weight of the water locks the pool in place and keeps it true before any deck work begins.
- 04
Setting the Forms
Concrete forms go in around the shell. This is where the deck takes shape — measured, leveled, and locked in place before the pour.
- 05
The Finish
Hardscape complete, walkthrough done, keys handed over. After this, it's yours.
